• The tool does not provide legal advice or guarantee submission outcomes.

• Content is generated based on your inputs and publicly available planning information.

• You agree not to misuse the service or submit false or misleading content.

This service is free during testing. Future pricing or feature changes will be clearly communicated.

PlanMyVoice is committed to protecting your privacy.

We only collect the information you provide during the submission process — such as your responses to planning questions and your email address. This information is used solely to generate your submission letter and email it to you.

We do not share, sell, or reuse your personal data for any other purpose.

You are not required to provide your name to use this tool. An email must be provided is used only for delivering your letter or updates you have opted into.
